Functional Consultant

for Human Capital Management

Major Duties and Responsibility : 

  • Identify and gather user business requirement

  • Mapping requirements to product module related

  • Provide design solutions

  • Configure and Setting up the Application System to support proposed model

  • Perform System Integration testing dan User Acceptance Test

  • Training user

  • Develop project documentation

  • Report activity to project manager

  • Collaborate with other project team member

  • Support After Go Live

Qualifications :

•    Male or Female

•    Able to work in a team, fast learner, creative, self motivated        

     and communicative

•    Good logic and problem solving skill

•    At least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Finance /      Accounting /  Management / Information Technology or equivalen    

     with minimum GPA 3.00 

•    Having a good Interpersonal , Communication, Presentation    

     Skill, teamwork and learning capability

•    Strong self – High Motivation & Time Management Skill

•    Required Skill(s): Analytical Skill and knowledge of Business Process

•    Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)

•    All candidates should has possession of minimum of intermediate    

      level computer skills is mandatory

•    Minimum experience 1-2 years as Human Resource, HRIS,

     Compensation and Benefit is Preferable
